&lt;p&gt;This prototype highlights significant events in history as they pertain to personal experiences and media. It’s part of a bigger effort to engage youth in NYC around charting the media’s role in political, economic, and social movements, a project for which they recently received funding from the Hive Digital Media Learning Fund in the New York Community Trust.&lt;/p&gt;
